Thursday 1st May * – Beltane – Celebrating the Divine Feminine (6.30 – 8.30 pm £30)

Saturday 10th May – Full Flower Moon

Saturday 12th July – Full Buck Moon

Saturday 9th August – Full Sturgeon Moon

Sunday 21st September * – Autumnal Equinox Drumming Group ( 2.00 – 4.00 pm £30)

Saturday 18th October – Moon in Virgo

Saturday 15th November – Moon in Libra

Saturday 13th December * – Solstice Celebration (2.00 – 4.00 pm £30)

Times

Gongs:

Session times – 2.00 – 3.00 pm

Although the actual Gong/sound part of the session lasts roughly an hour please make sure you book out some extra time to stay and have a some refreshments and a chat.  This important part of the afternoon will ensure you are properly grounded before you venture back out into the big wide world

Cancellation Policy for Gong Baths

Members

If you log in and cancel 48 hours before the session your account will be credited

Non members

If you need to cancel you must give 48 hours notice via text or email.  If you give the correct notice you will be offered a CR for future use

Less than 48 hours notice – no CR will be issued

Refunds are not available

If Nurturing Sounds cancels, a full refund/alternative session will be offered

When you book a Gong Bath with Nurturing Sounds you are agreeing to these terms

Contraindications for Gong Baths/Sound Healing

  • First three months of pregnancy
  • Menieres Disease
  • Pacemaker or heart condition
  • Epilepsy seizures of any kind
  • Under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
  • Metal implants (contraceptive coils are fine), recent surgery (including dentistry), broken bones or other major physical injuries
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Tinnitus or any other condition which could be triggered by sound
  • Unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD, personality disorder or schizophrenia (excludes generalised stress and anxiety)

It is recommended that hearing aids are removed before your session to avoid any discomfort
