The Drumming Journey is a time-honoured method of inner consultation to communicate with inner wisdom and inspiration……… we may seek help from guardian animals, travel to other realms of insight as Kath beats the Shamanic drum, and we simply relax. Drumming opens our chakras and meridians, releases tensions and blockages, great for well-being and creativity.
